What we collect,
and nothing else

This notice covers exactly one form: the seven fields on Contact and Diagnostic. The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, so there is nothing else to disclose.

    Why we use it

    To reply to you, to judge fit for the diagnostic, and to scope the call and the fixed fee that follows it. If you become a client, the same data supports the engagement. There is no voluntary purpose today — no newsletter, no list, no sequence to opt into.

    Legal basis

    Submitting the form is your consent to this processing, under the Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares. Nothing is collected before you submit it, and nothing is collected anywhere else on this site.

    Who else sees it

    The form itself is delivered through a third-party form processor . If you book the scoping call, the calendar is run on Cal.com — its script loads on the booking page, or after you submit the form, and on no other page. Neither receives anything beyond what you typed. We do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your data with anyone else, for any reason.

    Cookies, analytics, tracking

    None of the three. This site runs no analytics package, sets no cookies, and carries no advertising or retargeting pixel — check your browser’s network panel if you want to verify that yourself. There is nothing here to accept, which is why there is no cookie banner.

  7. 07

    How long we keep it

    For as long as it takes to answer you, plus the length of the engagement if you become a client. What does not turn into a client relationship is deleted on a routine schedule, not held indefinitely on the chance it becomes useful later.

    Your rights (derechos ARCO)

    Access what we hold, have it corrected, cancel it, or oppose its use — write to the email in clause 01 and we will respond within the timeframe the law sets. You may also file a complaint with the Secretaría Anticorrupción y Buen Gobierno, the authority that took over data-protection oversight from the INAI in 2025.

    Changes to this notice

    If this notice changes, the date at the top moves and the new version replaces this one. We do not apply a materially different use to data already collected without telling you first.
