Services

Four offers.
One entry point.

Three of these are engagements. The first one is a product: fixed scope, fixed length, a deliverable you can hold. It exists so that nobody has to buy a retainer on faith, including us — the diagnostic is how we find out whether there is enough on the table to justify the rest.

Channel Diagnostic

What you are leaving on the table, quantified, and the five plays that capture it.

Brands already selling on Amazon or Mercado Libre who cannot say how much the channel should be producing.

Get the Channel Diagnostic

Scope

  • Retail readiness audit
  • Catalog and listing quality
  • Pricing vs. competition
  • Ads efficiency — ACOS and TACOS by line
  • Unit economics per SKU
  • 2026 withholding impact on cash flow by channel
Cadence
10 business days
You receive
A quantification of the GMV you are leaving on the table, and the 5 prioritized plays to capture it.
02

Full Channel Management

We run Amazon and Mercado Libre as an operating system, not as a task list.

Brands whose channel is material to the business and whose internal team is saturated operating by hand.

Scope

  • Catalog, pricing and promotions
  • Ads managed against margin, not ACOS
  • Buy Box and reputation
  • Inventory and replenishment signals
  • Monthly P&L by channel and by line
Cadence
Monthly retainer
You receive
A channel that runs on instrumentation, with a P&L you can defend in a board meeting.
03

Strategic Planning

The channel plan the commercial plan usually forgets to include.

Teams entering a new marketplace, a new category, or a new fiscal year without a channel-level plan.

Scope

  • Channel market cap and target setting
  • Seasonal event plan — Hot Sale, Buen Fin, Prime Day, back to school
  • Assortment and launch sequencing
  • Investment plan for ads and promotions
  • Scenario model by price and mix
Cadence
Quarterly or annual cycle
You receive
A plan with numbers attached to every decision, and the operating cadence to hold it.
04

Automation Plans

The reporting and reconciliation your team is doing by hand, built once and left running.

Operations that have outgrown spreadsheets but have no engineering time to spare.

Scope

  • Settlement vs. withholding CFDI reconciliation
  • Competitive pricing and Buy Box monitoring
  • Inventory and stock-out alerting
  • P&L pipelines in SQL, orchestrated in n8n
Cadence
Scoped per build
You receive
Working pipelines you own, documented, with the manual hours they replaced counted.

There is no tier table on this page, and no package names. Every account has a different catalog, a different competitive set and a different mess in its settlement data, and a grid of three columns with ticks in them would be a guess dressed as a price list. Every engagement is priced on its own scope after a short call — the diagnostic as a fixed fee, everything else the same way. We do not price against your ad spend: what you pay has no reason to move with what you spend on media.

The commercial year VERIF

Four weekends decide the year

Most of the revenue a Mexican brand takes on marketplaces arrives in a handful of windows, and the work that decides those windows happens six to ten weeks earlier — when deal registration closes, when inventory has to be received, when the reference price gets locked. A plan written in November is not a plan.

  1. Late May

    AMVO · both channels

    Hot Sale

Mexico's largest online-only event. Registration and deal submission close weeks ahead, and the reference price is locked before that.

    Has to be ready EST

Deals submitted ~8 weeks out · inventory received ~4 weeks out · reference price held ~30 days prior

  2. Early May

    Category-dependent

    Día de las Madres

Bigger than Christmas in several categories in Mexico, and it lands right before Hot Sale — the two compete for the same inventory and the same budget.

    Has to be ready EST

Assortment locked ~6 weeks out · ads live ~10 days out

  3. July

    Amazon

    Prime Day

Amazon-only, and the deal slots are rationed. Missing the submission window means paying for the traffic instead of receiving it.

    Has to be ready EST

Deals submitted ~8 weeks out · FBA inventory received ~3 weeks out

  4. July – August

    Both channels

    Regreso a clases

A long ramp rather than a spike. Rewards depth of stock and steady rank more than a single discount day.

    Has to be ready EST

Inventory phased from ~6 weeks out · ads ramped, not switched on

  5. October

    Amazon

    Prime Big Deal Days

Amazon's October event, and the rehearsal for November. What ranks here carries momentum into Buen Fin.

    Has to be ready EST

Deals submitted ~6 weeks out · inventory received ~3 weeks out

  6. Mid-November

    CONCANACO · both channels

    El Buen Fin

The largest retail event in Mexico, and it collides with Black Friday and Cyber Monday days later. One plan has to cover all three or the price ladder breaks.

    Has to be ready EST

Deals submitted ~10 weeks out · inventory received ~5 weeks out · price ladder set across all three events

  7. December

    Both channels

    Navidad and aguinaldo

Aguinaldo lands by 20 December and moves real purchasing power. Cut-off dates for delivery matter more than discount depth.

    Has to be ready EST

Inventory received ~6 weeks out · shipping cut-offs published to the listing

  8. Early January

    Both channels

    Reyes and the January slump

A short peak on 6 January, then the steepest drop of the year. The month to clear, not to discount reactively.

    Has to be ready EST

Clearance plan set in December, before the drop, not during it

The coral rule under each row is that window's weight against the rest of the year. Event dates are announced annually by AMVO and CONCANACO, and Amazon sets its own; the lead times are ours, reasoned from how the platforms actually gate deal submission and inbound receiving rather than published anywhere.
